Executive Vice President, Operations

Mayank Bhandari is the Co-Founder and Executive Vice President of Operations at Cyan Healthcare Group, where he leads customer strategy and partnerships to accelerate access to the right care. With over 20 years of experience in life sciences and digital innovation, he is known for a practical, execution-driven approach that aligns strategic objectives with technology implementation and measurable adoption.

Beyond his role at Cyan Healthcare Group, Mayank advises organizations as an independent consultant focused on life sciences and digital transformation. He is ITIL certified and a Certified ScrumMaster.

Robert Vigneault

Senior Vice President, Strategy & Business Development

Robert Vigneault serves as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Cyan Healthcare Group. A seasoned healthcare and life sciences executive, he has led enterprise growth, digital health innovation, and large-scale transformation initiatives across global markets.

Drawing on experience with organizations including Canada Health Infoway, Singapore’s Ministry of Health Holdings, the Hong Kong Hospital Authority, and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, Robert brings a strong blend of strategic leadership and operational execution. His expertise spans digital health platforms, health informatics, enterprise modernization, and international business development.

Robert is known for building high-value partnerships, turning strategy into action, and helping organizations scale with clarity, discipline, and measurable results.

Suraj Pandey

Senior Vice President, Delivery

Suraj Pandey is the Senior Vice President of Delivery at Cyan Healthcare Group, where he turns complex regulatory and clinical challenges into practical, AI-enabled solutions for healthcare and pharmacovigilance teams.

With over a decade of experience in life sciences, Suraj believes innovation only matters when it works in the real world. He brings hands-on expertise in Argus Safety, LSMV, and global pharmacovigilance regulations, including EMA, FDA, MHRA, and PMDA requirements. He has led initiatives that improve data quality, streamline workflows, and support the confident adoption of GenAI and LLMs.

Before joining Cyan Healthcare Group, Suraj co-founded Ultragenic, where he helped scale the company to more than $10 million in annual revenue by shaping product vision and leading meaningful, compliant transformation.

At Cyan Healthcare Group, he partners closely with teams and clients to build solutions that are usable, trusted, and regulatory-ready, ensuring technology truly supports better healthcare.

Arshi Khan

With a background spanning complex system implementations, product design, and end-to-end software development, he brings both technical depth and strategic thinking to solving business and operational challenges. Arshi’s work reflects a strong focus on innovation, quality, and practice execution, with an emphasis on developing solutions that support high-impact work and better outcomes.
