Account Creation
In order to use the Service, you may be required to provide information about yourself including your name, email address, username and password, and other personal information. You agree that any registration information you give to Cyan Healthcare Group will always be accurate, correct, and up to date.

Governing Law; Venue; Mediation
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Nova Scotia. Any dispute shall be resolved in Nova Scotia, and parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation or arbitration.
Recovery of Litigation Expenses
The prevailing party is entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.
Severability
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
Assignment
These Terms and Conditions bind successors and assigns and may not be transferred by you without consent.
