Donna Holder is a distinguished Medical Affairs leader with over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Currently serving as an advisor for Cyan Healthcare Group, she brings deep expertise in strategic alignment, global field medical operations, and the enhancement of Medical Science Liaison (MSL) capabilities. Throughout her career, Donna has held several high-profile executive roles, including:

• Senior Director, Global MSL Excellence at Daiichi Sankyo, where she led the strategic direction and capability strengthening for MSL teams worldwide.
• Executive Director, Global Field Medical Center of Excellence at Merck, overseeing scientific training and operational excellence for global field medical functions.
• Senior Director, MSL Excellence at AstraZeneca, where she spent over a decade in senior leadership roles spanning Medical Information, Contact Centers, and MSL management.

Donna began her career in Clinical Development at Marion Merrell Dow (now Sanofi) and has since become a recognized consultant, partnering with pharmaceutical organizations to develop business strategies, operational processes, and professional coaching programs. She is a prominent voice in the Medical Affairs Professional Society (MAPS) and the MSL Society, frequently contributing insights on leadership and professional development. She holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the University of Michigan.
